Please, feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. I’m here to serve you in an effort to create the healthy and prosperous lifestyle you’re striving for.
Education: In 2000, I graduated from the Academy of Massage Therapy in Englewood, NJ where I studied Swedish Massage, ANMA, and Pain Origin and Management. I have also received extensive training in the facilitation of Raindrop Therapy under the supervision of Dr. Gary Young , founder of Young Living Essential Oils, Inc., and with Dr. David Stewart of the Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education (C.A.R.E.) .
It is my goal to use my skills to educate, empower and enable others to recognize their own responsibility in the healing process by cooperating with the laws of nature and by bringing therapeutic grade essential oils into their lives on a daily basis. I believe the use of essential oils, therapeutic grade essential oils, allow for healing to take place on many levels.
Work Experience: For the last 20 years, I have been an advocate of preventive medicine and teaching natural remedies workshops and seminars in line with lifestyle medicine. I have taught the “Raindrop Technique” -- a powerful yet gentle and non-invasive way of applying therapeutic-grade essential oils to the back which may help create an environment that promotes physical, mental, and emotional balance and harmony -- to clients, friends and family. In my previous work, I was a customer service representative providing computer technical support at a large New York-based law firm for almost six years.
Personal Information: I enjoy professional speaking, writing, classical and gospel music and singing. I most enjoy facilitating others in the process of discovering who they were meant to be and empowering them to reach their highest-potential and live life to it’s fullest.
Why did you choose to work in the Health Field? Dick Gregory explained, when I was away at SUNY Brockport, that my body was God’s temple. In spite of my lack of faith, that stayed in my mind and I have sought to treat my body as such and encourage others to do the same. It really has a much better pay off than treating your body as if it were indestructible ... Many discover, far too late, that it can indeed, be destroyed.
What is your personal motto? “Everything you purchase, think, say, and do is a statement of what you believe you are worth.” -- Alan Cohen .
Areas of Specialization: The simple, natural and preventive home remedies: gratitude, pure air, sunshine, self-control, rest, exercise, proper diet, water, giving, and trust in divine power
