Who is Fran Gourdet and what in the world is a lifestyle educator?
Well, the first thing I’d like you to know (and most of my friends already know this): I love oils! Essential Oils that is. That’s why it has it’s own page. You can read a little more about me by clicking the “About Me” link on the left. It’s a work in progress (but then we all are).
So, what’s a lifestyle educator? Hmmm. You could call me a preventive medicine advocate. It has been said, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,” but what if there’s no cure? Perhaps we would all be better off if the monies spent “finding a cure” were spent on educating people on how to prevent disease. It’s like having an ambulance at the bottom of a cliff and providing people with medical care rather than putting a fence at the top to keep them from falling off in the first place!
My hope is that some information on my site will help you take more of the responsibility for your own health, and in time, enable you to be accountable to yourself.
Since I also enjoy marketing, I’ve also provided some of the tools I use for business and marketing. So, browse around. There’s lots of free stuff and information.
